Special Events
Friday Rock Nights – The Rock Night will be held every month, so look out for the dates.
No, the picture above is not a band from the Rock Night - they were involved in the very popular Sportsman’s Dinner 2011. They are, if by any chance you don’t know them: standing, from the left – David Reid (Secretary Centenary Committee) and Willie McVake ( Treasurer Cumnock Juniors F.C.). Seated from the left, the three first-class speakers – Kenny Clark (former FIFA referee), Jim ‘Buller’ Reid (Compere) and Frank McAvennie (former Celtic player).
Centenary Sportsman’s Lunch 2012 – It is on Sunday 27th May with the speakers being Donald Findlay QC and Tosh McKinlay with compere Jim ‘Buller’ Reid. This is going to be a really entertaining afternoon with three excellent speakers.
Elvis Tribute - Jesse Garron will be there with a tribute to Elvis on Sunday 6th May 2012. Tickets are £4.
Friday Rock Nights - 2nd March will have Symptoms and 27th April will have Vendetta. Tickets are £3.
Tributes to Robbie Williams and Michael Buble will be held on Sunday 3rd June. Details to come.
Centenary Sportsman’s Dinner 2012 - The date is Saturday 1st December with the speakers yet not confirmed but will be in this page when it is decided.
